The site check
The site check runs in your browser. To look up your land it sends the pin (and the corners you draw) to Open-Meteo for weather and elevation, map tiles are loaded from Esri or OpenStreetMap, and searches and place names go to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim. We don't store your check. Your last pin stays in this browser tab only, so the early-access form can attach it.
Your account
With an account we store your email, the name you give us, and the land you save: the site check, its outline, and what you enter about the land, the soil and your wishes. We use it to show it back to you, to give you the reality check and to match you with designers.
When you request a designer, up to three designers see a summary of your project — town, size, climate, soil and wishes — without your name, email or exact location. Only the designer you choose sees your full project, once the booking is confirmed. We send you emails about your project (for example when designers answer); no newsletters unless you signed up for them.
Designers
If you apply as a designer we store your profile, prices and library reviews. Customers whose project you accept see your name, profile, regions, languages and the price you offered.
Early access
If you join, we store your email, the role you picked, the place you typed and — if you ran a check — your pin and plot size, with the date. We use them only to make your design draft and to write to you about Permaculture Wizard. We don't sell or share them. Ask us any time through the contact form and we delete them.
Contact form
Messages you send us are kept with your email so we can reply, and deleted when they are no longer needed.
Page counts
We count page views ourselves, without cookies: the page, the site you came from, the kind of device and a key that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. No IP addresses are kept.
Where it lives
The website is hosted by Netlify; the early-access list and page counts are stored with Supabase in the EU.
